• Student & Guardian Information: Names, emergency contacts, lesson schedules, and attendance records entered by academy administrators.
• Billing Information: Payment card details processed securely via our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
• Mobile Phone Numbers: Collected for account setup notifications, workspace billing alerts, security verifications, and platform support updates.

Exclusive Consent for MUSIQLY IO LLC: All mobile opt-in data and SMS consent collected on musiqly.io are gathered strictly and solely for communications from MUSIQLY IO LLC (Musiqly). Opt-in consent is not gathered on behalf of, shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties, affiliates, or other business entities for any purpose.

SMS Message Types & Frequency: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated transactional text messages solely from MUSIQLY IO LLC (such as workspace activation alerts, invoice & subscription billing reminders, security verification codes, and platform status updates). Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our notification number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
