1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Musiqly platform at musiqly.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a music academy or educational institution, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Musiqly provides software-as-a-service tools for music academies, tutoring centers, and educational studios, including lesson scheduling, student enrollment, invoice management, online payment collection, and notification messaging.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions to Musiqly platform plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via secure payment processing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your academy settings workspace. Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund guidelines or upon review by support.

4. Mobile Messaging & SMS Terms

Exclusive Messaging Entity: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS notifications on musiqly.io, you agree to receive automated text messages solely and exclusively from MUSIQLY IO LLC (Musiqly). Opt-in consent is gathered strictly for MUSIQLY IO LLC and is not shared with, transferred to, or gathered on behalf of any other entities, third parties, or affiliates.

• Program Description & Message Types: You may receive automated transactional text messages concerning your account directly from MUSIQLY IO LLC, including workspace registration setup, subscription invoice alerts, security verification codes, and platform status updates.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your studio activity, lesson schedule, and billing cycle.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard message rates charged by your mobile wireless carrier may apply to messages sent to you or from you.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time. Simply text STOP to our notification number. You will receive an SMS confirmation of your opt-out. After this, you will receive no further text messages unless you re-subscribe.
• Help & Support Instructions: For help or assistance, text HELP to our notification number or contact our support team at support@musiqly.io.
• Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
• Voluntary Consent: Opt-in to SMS messaging is voluntary. Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or academy subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace account. You agree not to misuse the Service or send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
